You treat every individual better than you wish to be treated

and share these facilities with courtesy and honor.

 

Respect for Property:

We show respect for all property as a representation of our collective pride in the industry,

ensuring this remains a premier establishment.

Respect for Yourself:

 

  1. Personal Hygiene: Keep yourself clean and presentable. Use the provided facilities to shower and maintain personal cleanliness. This not only respects yourself but also those you interact with.

  2. Safe Driving Habits: Arrive and depart from the station safely. This includes obeying all traffic laws, parking in designated areas, and ensuring your vehicle is in good working condition.

  3. Avoid Intoxication: Do not operate your vehicle or engage in activities at the station while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Your safety and well-being are paramount.

  4. Seek Rest When Needed: Recognize the signs of fatigue and take necessary breaks. Use the rest facilities provided to ensure you are well-rested before continuing your journey.

 

Respect for Others:

 

  1. Courtesy in Shared Spaces: Be considerate of others when using common areas. Keep noise levels down, especially during sleeping hours, and be mindful of personal space.

  2. No Harassment: Treat everyone with dignity and respect. Harassment, including sexual harassment, bullying, or any form of discrimination, will not be tolerated.

  3. Cleanliness for All: Keep shared facilities clean. Dispose of trash properly and use the designated areas for smoking and pets.

  4. Privacy Respect: Honor the privacy of others. Do not enter private rooms or spaces without permission.

  5. Communicate Respectfully: Address conflicts or issues directly and respectfully. If you need assistance, seek help from staff.

 

Respect for Property:

 

  1. Protect the Environment: Dispose of waste properly, including hazardous materials. Do not bring human waste into the facility; use the restrooms provided.

  2. Report Maintenance Issues: If you notice any damage or maintenance issues within the station, report them to the staff immediately to prevent accidents or further damage.

  3. No Vandalism: Damage to property, whether intentional or not, is not acceptable. This includes walls, furniture, restrooms, and any other facilities.

  4. Park Responsibly: Follow the parking guidelines to ensure spaces are available for all users. Do not block access to doors, ramps, or emergency exits.

  5. Use Facilities Appropriately: Use the facilities for their intended purpose. Do not misuse equipment or amenities, such as laundry machines or showers.

Waste Disposal

 

  1. Proper Waste Disposal:

    • All users are required to dispose of waste in the designated receptacles provided throughout the terminal.

    • This includes trash, recyclables, and hazardous materials, which must be disposed of in the appropriate containers.

  2. No Dumping Policy:

    • Dumping of any waste, including grey or black water from trucks or trailers, is strictly prohibited on terminal property.

    • Users must utilize the designated dump stations for the proper disposal of such waste.

  3. One-Strike Rule on Misuse of Public Restrooms:

    • The terminal has a zero-tolerance policy for misuse of public restrooms, including but not limited to:

      • Dumping of human waste or any other substance in the restroom facilities.

      • Vandalism or deliberate misuse of restroom fixtures.

      • Leaving the restroom in an unclean or unsanitary condition.

  4. Consequences of Violation:

    • Any user found in violation of the waste disposal policy or the one-strike rule on restroom misuse will face consequences, including:

      • Permanent revocation of terminal access privileges.

      • Legal action, including fines and prosecution.

      • Reporting to the user's employer, licensing agency, and relevant industry organizations.

Enforcement Statement:

 

LineHaul Station's rules are designed to preserve our facilities for the most responsible and respectful drivers in the industry. We uphold a one-strike rule for violations, and enforcement is solely at the discretion of ownership. We reserve the right to take necessary actions, including bans, to ensure the integrity of our shared spaces.
