Terms of Service

Welcome to LineHaul Station.

​

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of websites, memberships, facilities, reservations, communications, applications, programs, and services offered by LineHaul Station, LLC ("LineHaul Station," "we," "our," or "us").

By accessing or using any LineHaul Station website, service, membership, facility, application, communication, or program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

​

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our services.

​

Certain LineHaul Station products, applications, memberships, facilities, programs, or services may be governed by additional or separate terms.

​

For example, use of LineHaul Station: Outriders HQ is governed by the Outriders HQ Terms of Use.

​

If additional terms conflict with these Terms regarding a specific product or service, the additional terms will control for that product or service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply to all users, visitors, members, applicants, customers, partners, referral participants, and other individuals who interact with LineHaul Station.

Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these Terms and any future modifications to the extent permitted by applicable law.

​

2. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use LineHaul Station services.

​

By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

​

LineHaul Station services are not intended for children or individuals under the age of 18.

​

3. Account and Contact Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering, creating an account, applying for membership, making reservations, joining programs, or otherwise interacting with LineHaul Station.

​

You are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information and promptly updating any changes.

​

If you create an account, you are also responsible for:

  • Keeping your login credentials secure

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account

  • Promptly notifying LineHaul Station if you believe your account has been compromised

  • Activities conducted through your account
     

LineHaul Station may rely upon information provided by you and is not responsible for issues resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information.

4. Memberships

Certain services, facilities, programs, reservations, and benefits may require membership.

​

Submission of a membership application, waitlist registration, referral form, survey, promotion entry, or interest form does not guarantee membership, facility access, reservations, services, or future benefits.

​

LineHaul Station may approve, deny, suspend, revoke, restrict, or terminate memberships when reasonably necessary, including for eligibility, safety, security, operational, legal, payment, or conduct-related reasons.

​

Membership benefits, eligibility requirements, pricing, access rights, and participation criteria may change from time to time, subject to applicable law and any governing membership or program terms.

​

5. Reservations, Facilities, and Services

Parking reservations, facility access, club amenities, maintenance services, showers, lounges, relay services, storage, events, and other offerings are subject to availability.

​

LineHaul Station does not guarantee uninterrupted access to any facility, service, reservation, membership benefit, or program.

​

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, restrict, or cancel services, facilities, reservations, memberships, or programs when reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law and any governing agreement or program terms.

​

Facility access and use may also be subject to:

  • Location-specific rules

  • Safety requirements

  • Membership eligibility

  • Pricing

  • Availability

  • Additional agreements

  • Facility policies
     

A reservation, availability indicator, waitlist position, preview, or other information does not guarantee fulfillment if circumstances outside LineHaul Station's reasonable control prevent availability.

6. Communications

By providing your contact information, submitting forms, joining waitlists, applying for membership, participating in referral programs, entering promotions, registering for events, or otherwise interacting with LineHaul Station, you may receive communications related to:

  • Memberships and member benefits

  • Reservations and facility access

  • Operational updates

  • Service notifications

  • Account and billing information

  • Company announcements

  • Promotions and special offers

  • Events and community activities

  • Surveys and feedback requests

  • Referral, rewards, ambassador, loyalty, and founder programs
     

Marketing communications may be sent by email, SMS, telephone, social media, or other communication channels.

Where required by applicable law, LineHaul Station will obtain consent before sending marketing communications.

​

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in the communication or by contacting us.

​

Operational communications relating to memberships, reservations, accounts, billing, facility access, security, safety, or services may continue where reasonably necessary.

​

7. SMS Communications

If you provide a mobile phone number and consent to receive text messages, LineHaul Station may send SMS communications regarding:

  • Membership status

  • Account updates

  • Reservations

  • Operational notifications

  • Facility information

  • Promotions

  • Events

  • Surveys

  • Referral and rewards programs

  • Other services
     

Message frequency may vary.

Message and data rates may apply.

​

Consent to receive marketing SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

​

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

​

Reply HELP for assistance.

​

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

​

8. Referral Programs, Founder Programs, Rewards Programs, and Promotions

LineHaul Station may offer referral programs, founder programs, ambassador programs, loyalty programs, rewards programs, sweepstakes, contests, promotions, and special offers.

​

Participation may be subject to additional rules, eligibility requirements, and program-specific terms.

​

LineHaul Station may modify, suspend, terminate, revoke, adjust, or discontinue any such program, reward, benefit, incentive, credit, or promotional offer subject to applicable law and any governing program terms.

​

Participation in any program does not create a vested right to future rewards, benefits, compensation, credits, membership status, or program continuation unless expressly stated in applicable program terms.

​

Rewards, credits, referrals, or benefits may be subject to verification before issuance.

​

9. Acceptable Use

Users may not:

  • Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information

  • Misrepresent identity or affiliation

  • Interfere with operations or services

  • Abuse, threaten, harass, or endanger staff, contractors, members, guests, or other users

  • Damage property

  • Violate facility rules

  • Use facilities or services for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems, networks, facilities, accounts, or data

  • Attempt to bypass security controls

  • Upload malware or harmful code

  • Scrape, harvest, or extract member or customer data without authorization

  • Use public information for spam, phishing, unauthorized marketing, or unlawful purposes

  • Abuse referral, reward, loyalty, ambassador, founder, or promotional programs

  • Violate applicable laws or regulations
     

Violation of this section may result in suspension, restriction, or termination of access when reasonably necessary.

10. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, branding, designs, graphics, content, software, text, images, videos, materials, interfaces, and other intellectual property associated with LineHaul Station are owned by or licensed to LineHaul Station.

​

Except as expressly permitted, no LineHaul Station content or intellectual property may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, displayed, sold, sublicensed, or commercially used without prior written authorization.

​

11. Third-Party Services

LineHaul Station may use or provide access to third-party services, software, payment processors, communication platforms, booking systems, mapping services, analytics providers, application stores, or other technology vendors.

​

LineHaul Station does not control and is not responsible for the availability, performance, security, privacy practices, or policies of third-party services.

​

Use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms, conditions, and privacy policies.

​

12. Privacy

Our collection, use, disclosure, retention, and protection of personal information is described in the LineHaul Station Privacy Policy available at:

The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

All services, facilities, memberships, programs, communications, websites, applications, and content are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LineHaul Station disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

​

LineHaul Station does not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted operation

  • Error-free services

  • Continuous availability

  • Specific business outcomes

  • Specific savings or financial results

  • Availability of any particular facility, reservation, benefit, program, or feature
     

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LineHaul Station, its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to:

  • Use of the website

  • Memberships

  • Reservations

  • Facility access

  • Services

  • Applications

  • Communications

  • Referral programs

  • Promotions

  • Rewards programs

  • Delays or service interruptions

  • Loss of data

  • Loss of profits

  • Business interruption

  • Third-party actions
     

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LineHaul Station's total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services shall not exceed the amount paid by you directly to LineHaul Station during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
 

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

15. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LineHaul Station, its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from:

  • Your use or misuse of the services

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your violation of applicable laws

  • Misuse of facilities or services

  • Content or information you submit

  • Infringement or violation of rights belonging to another party
     

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

17. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

To the extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, LineHaul Station services, memberships, facilities, programs, communications, applications, or website use shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Scott County, Minnesota.

​

The parties waive any right to a jury trial to the extent permitted by applicable law.

​

The parties further agree that claims may only be brought in an individual capacity and not as part of any class action, collective action, consolidated action, or representative proceeding, except where such waiver is prohibited by applicable law.

​

This arbitration provision shall survive termination of these Terms.

​

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking temporary or emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where permitted by applicable law.

​

18. Suspension and Termination

LineHaul Station may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to memberships, facilities, accounts, applications, programs, or services when reasonably necessary, including for:

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Fraud or suspected fraud

  • Security concerns

  • Safety concerns

  • Misuse of services or facilities

  • Loss of eligibility

  • Nonpayment where applicable

  • Legal or regulatory requirements

  • Conduct that threatens LineHaul Station, its staff, members, systems, facilities, or services
     

Where appropriate, LineHaul Station may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue.

19. Availability and Changes

LineHaul Station may modify, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features, services, programs, facilities, memberships, or offerings from time to time.

​

We do not guarantee that every feature, facility, benefit, or service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

​

Maintenance, construction, technical issues, third-party outages, network conditions, weather, emergencies, business requirements, or other circumstances may affect availability.

​

Features, facilities, locations, or programs identified as "Coming Soon," "Planned," "Preview," or similar language are informational only and do not constitute a binding commitment or guarantee of future availability.

20. Changes to These Terms

LineHaul Station may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, facilities, applications, programs, business practices, or legal requirements.

​

When changes are made, the Effective Date will be updated.

​

Material changes may also be communicated through our website, applications, email, or other appropriate means.

​

Your continued use of LineHaul Station services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
