These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of websites, memberships, facilities, reservations, communications, applications, programs, and services offered by LineHaul Station LLC ("LineHaul Station," "we," "our," or "us").

4. Memberships

Certain services, facilities, programs, reservations, and benefits may require membership.

Submission of a membership application, waitlist registration, referral form, survey, promotion entry, or interest form does not guarantee membership, facility access, reservations, services, or future benefits.

LineHaul Station reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, revoke, restrict, or terminate memberships at its sole discretion.

Membership benefits, eligibility requirements, pricing, access rights, and participation criteria may change at any time.

5. Reservations and Services

Parking reservations, facility access, club amenities, maintenance services, showers, lounges, relay services, and other offerings are subject to availability.

LineHaul Station does not guarantee uninterrupted access to any facility, service, reservation, membership benefit, or program.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, restrict, or cancel services, facilities, reservations, memberships, or programs at any time without notice.

6. Communications

By providing your contact information, submitting forms, joining waitlists, applying for membership, participating in referral programs, entering promotions, or otherwise interacting with LineHaul Station, you consent to receive communications related to:

• Memberships and member benefits

• Reservations and facility access

• Operational updates

• Service notifications

• Company announcements

• Promotions and special offers

• Events and community activities

• Surveys and feedback requests

• Referral, rewards, ambassador, loyalty, and founder programs

Marketing communications may be sent by email, SMS, telephone, social media, or other communication channels.

You may opt out of marketing communications where permitted by law.

Operational communications relating to memberships, reservations, accounts, billing, facility access, safety, or services may continue as necessary.

7. SMS Communications

If you provide a mobile phone number and consent to receive text messages, you agree that LineHaul Station may send SMS communications regarding memberships, reservations, operational notifications, promotions, events, and services.

Message frequency may vary.

Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive SMS communications is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Referral Programs, Founder Programs, Rewards Programs, and Promotions

LineHaul Station may offer referral programs, founder programs, ambassador programs, loyalty programs, rewards programs, sweepstakes, contests, promotions, and special offers.

Violation of this section may result in suspension or termination of access without notice.

10. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, branding, designs, graphics, content, software, text, images, videos, materials, and intellectual property associated with LineHaul Station are owned by LineHaul Station or its licensors.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, displayed, or used without prior written permission.

11. Third-Party Services

LineHaul Station may use or provide access to third-party services, software, payment processors, communication platforms, booking systems, mapping services, analytics providers, or other technology vendors.

We are not responsible for the availability, performance, security, or policies of third-party services.

Use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and conditions.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

All services, facilities, memberships, programs, communications, websites, applications, and content are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LineHaul Station disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

LineHaul Station does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free services, or continuous availability.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LineHaul Station, its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to:

• Memberships

• Reservations

• Facility access

• Rewards programs

In no event shall LineHaul Station's total liability exceed the amount paid by you to LineHaul Station during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LineHaul Station, its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from:

16. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
