Outriders HQ:

Terms of Use

Effective Date: October 14, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of Outriders HQ and related services provided by LineHaul Station, LLC ("LineHaul Station," "we," "our," or "us").

By creating an account, accessing Outriders HQ, or using its features, you agree to these Terms.

​

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Outriders HQ.

​

1. Eligibility

Outriders HQ is intended for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age.

You represent that you are legally able to enter into these Terms and that the information you provide to LineHaul Station is accurate and complete.

​

2. Accounts

Certain Outriders HQ features require an account.

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate account information

  • Keeping your login credentials secure

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account

  • Promptly notifying LineHaul Station if you believe your account has been compromised

  • Activities conducted through your account

Accounts may not be transferred, sold, shared, or used by another person without authorization from LineHaul Station.

3. Membership and Access

Access to certain Outriders HQ features may depend on your LineHaul Station or Outriders membership status.

​

Availability of services, benefits, facilities, programs, or app functionality may vary based on membership level, location, availability, and other eligibility requirements.

​

Membership terms, pricing, facility access, reservations, and other services may also be governed by separate agreements or program terms.

​

4. Digital Passport

Outriders HQ may allow members to create a Digital Passport containing professional information, qualifications, experience, credentials, documents, photographs, employment information, or other member-provided information.

​

You are responsible for ensuring that information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to upload or share any documents or content.

​

You control the visibility settings available for your Digital Passport.

​

If you choose to make a Digital Passport or selected information public, that information may be viewed, copied, saved, or shared by others.

​

LineHaul Station cannot control how information is used after you intentionally make it publicly available.

​

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to Outriders HQ.

​

By submitting content, you grant LineHaul Station a limited license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, and transmit that content as reasonably necessary to operate Outriders HQ and provide the services you request.

​

You represent that your content:

  • Is accurate to the best of your knowledge

  • Does not violate the rights of another person

  • Does not contain unlawful material

  • Does not infringe intellectual property rights

  • Does not contain malicious code

  • Is appropriate for the purpose for which it is submitted

 

We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

6. Trip Tracker and Business Information

Outriders HQ may allow users to record information relating to trips, mileage, revenue, receipts, routes, loads, costs, or other operational information.

​

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter.

​

Outriders HQ is not intended to serve as your sole accounting, tax, compliance, dispatch, safety, or recordkeeping system.

​

You should retain any records required for business, regulatory, tax, or legal purposes independently.

​

7. Cost of Trucking and Load & Rate Analysis Tools

Outriders HQ may provide calculators, estimates, cost-per-mile tools, load analysis, profitability analysis, or other business-decision tools.

​

These tools are provided for informational and planning purposes only.

​

Results are based on information and assumptions entered by the user and may not reflect actual costs, market rates, profitability, taxes, regulatory requirements, operating conditions, or future performance.

​

LineHaul Station does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of calculations or recommendations.

​

You are responsible for evaluating whether a load, rate, route, cost assumption, or business decision is appropriate for your circumstances.

​

Nothing in Outriders HQ constitutes financial, accounting, legal, tax, safety, employment, brokerage, or other professional advice.

​

8. Reservations and Facilities

Outriders HQ may provide access to facility information, reservations, amenities, parking, storage, events, FlexSpace, OneHome, or other services.

​

Reservations and facility use may be subject to:

  • Availability

  • Separate pricing

  • Location-specific rules

  • Membership eligibility

  • Facility policies

  • Additional agreements

  • ​

A reservation shown in the app does not guarantee availability if circumstances outside LineHaul Station's reasonable control prevent fulfillment.

​

9. Referrals and Rewards

Outriders HQ may include referral, rewards, founder, ambassador, or loyalty programs.

Eligibility, benefits, reward amounts, qualification criteria, and availability may be governed by additional program terms.

​

LineHaul Station may modify, suspend, or discontinue such programs subject to applicable law and any governing program terms.

​

Referral or rewards information displayed in the app may be subject to verification.

​

10. Acceptable Use

You may not use Outriders HQ to:

  • Violate any law or regulation

  • Impersonate another person

  • Access another user's account without authorization

  • Attempt to bypass security controls

  • Scrape, harvest, or extract member data without authorization

  • Upload malware or harmful code

  • Interfere with app operation

  • Abuse referral or rewards programs

  • Submit fraudulent information

  • Harass or threaten another user

  • Use public member information for spam, phishing, or unauthorized marketing

  • Reverse engineer or attempt to defeat technical restrictions except where permitted by law

 

11. Third-Party Services

Outriders HQ may contain links to or integrate with third-party websites, platforms, stores, mapping services, communications providers, or other services.

LineHaul Station does not control and is not responsible for third-party services.

​

Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

​

12. Privacy

Our collection, use, retention, and disclosure of personal information is described in the LineHaul Station Privacy Policy.

​

The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

​

13. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your Outriders HQ account through functionality provided within the app.

​

Certain information may be retained, deleted, de-identified, or anonymized as described in our Privacy Policy and as permitted or required by law.

​

Deleting an account may result in loss of access to saved app data and account-specific functionality.

​

14. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to Outriders HQ when reasonably necessary, including for:

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Fraud or suspected fraud

  • Security concerns

  • Misuse of services

  • Loss of membership eligibility

  • Nonpayment where applicable

  • Legal or regulatory requirements

  • Conduct that threatens LineHaul Station, its members, systems, or services

 

Where appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue.

15. Availability and Changes

We may modify, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue Outriders HQ features from time to time.

​

We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

​

Maintenance, technical issues, third-party outages, network conditions, or other circumstances may affect availability.

​

16. Intellectual Property

Outriders HQ, LineHaul Station names and branding, software, designs, interfaces, graphics, text, and other materials provided by LineHaul Station are owned by or licensed to LineHaul Station and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

​

Except as expressly permitted, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit LineHaul Station intellectual property without authorization.

​

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by law, Outriders HQ and related services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

​

LineHaul Station does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or suitable for every business or operational purpose.

​

18. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, LineHaul Station will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to use of Outriders HQ.

​

This includes, without limitation, losses relating to business decisions, revenue, profits, data, loads, rates, routes, opportunities, or third-party actions.

​

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

​

19. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless LineHaul Station and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your unlawful use of Outriders HQ

  • Content you submit

  • Your violation of another person's rights

 

20. Apple App Store Terms

If you access Outriders HQ through an Apple device, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and LineHaul Station, not Apple.

​

Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for Outriders HQ except as required by applicable law.

 

Your use of the app must comply with applicable App Store terms.

 

To the extent Apple's standard End User License Agreement applies, it also governs your licensed use of the app unless LineHaul Station adopts a custom license agreement.

 

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

22. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in Outriders HQ, LineHaul Station services, legal requirements, or business practices.

​

When changes are made, the Effective Date will be updated.

​

Material changes may also be communicated through the app, website, email, or other appropriate means.

​
